Excellent customer service from start to end. Driver was on time and the Phantom and Ghost was as well presented and representated by the Driver who was extremely polite and helped with my elderly grandmother. To begin with can I just thank the team in the office for the reassurance and hospitality, it truly is a royal journey from the moment you walk in. I booked a Chrysler Limousine for my daughter's surprise birthday party in April 18. I drove around Birmingham trying to find the perfect limo to book on short notice and came across these guys. I came to view this beautiful limousine and booked as soon as.The look on my daughter's face when this amazing limousine arrived outside our house was priceless. Upon entering the limousine the lights, music, banners, balloons and soft drinks honestly completed this party. The chauffeur was dressed smart and very professional. We had the vehicle booked for an hour in the evening, pick up from home, a cruise and drop off to the restaurant were she had a meal with friends. She described this evening as one of the best she's had in a very long time. Just hearing those words from her urged me to give real credit to the chaps that made it happen.
