I got roughcasting. Over priced. I had to remind them to put the gutter back on. Remind them to tac cables back onto wall and they missed to parts above my window which, after 6months have still not fixed and not replying to any contact.

Very unprofessional. I payed for a flat roof with acropol. It was not the flat roof and he didnt have a clue where the water was coming in from the bay window. Waste of money.

Today Ross carried out the remedial work to my guttering to my complete satisfaction

Well, surprise surprise 10:00 to 12:oo has come and gone and no sign of Mr Clark, not even the curtesy of a call to explain his absence. It is most clear he has no concept of customer after sales service.

I can image his school teacher recording in his report card "Ross could have done better, MUCH BETTER".

Heard from Ross yesterday and we have agreed to meet up tomorrow (Friday) between 10:00 and 12:00 to resolve remedial work

I had my guttering installation carried out by Ross Clark Roofing 2 years ago. Since I have had numerous problems with poor workmanship. His work comes with a ten year guarantee. So When I found work carried out was not up to the quality guaranteed I contacted Mr Ross requesting the required remedial work be carried out. It took many calls to him before he finally appeared to repair the leaking guttering. This has now reoccurred on two further occasions as will as a further fault where the end guttering has broken loose. It is very clear that this company has exceeding poor after sales service and I have seen correspondence from him to another customer which is at least intimidating and threatening. Two years ago Mr Clark replaced my guttering. Had nothing but problems ever since. The guttering has popped now for the third time and the end guttering has come away from the soffit.
Mr Clark has been made aware of these issues and has promised to carry out remedial repairs. Promised to call today 11/5/21 however, as usual, he failed to appear and has not responded to any of my text messages sent to him today.
It is very clear that this man has no interest in customer after sales service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
SO MR CLARK WHEN ARE YOU COMMING TO COMPLETE THE REMEDIAL WORK??????....... To be continued

Having had our roof and rough casting done by Ross and his team, a 10 day job turned into 7 weeks. Still having issues, guttering parts missing ( now 1 month later and no fix) gable end render has not been coated properly, we were told this would be fixed. 10 year warranty that Ross offers is not worth the paper it’s written on. Ross Clark Roofing have just finished a full new roof on my house. On arrival my neighbour wanted his done too, with the removal of a chimney, which delayed finishing time but wasn’t a problem for Ross and his team. There was a bit of mess while the roof was being replaced, however on finishing, you wouldn’t know he had ever been. The weather played a part in delays and also caused a small leak which was fixed promptly. Repairs to the ceiling were also carried out at no extra cost. Ross has fitted new roofing on a flat roof in my business. He helped problem solve, offering solutions and we came to an agreement of what would help and was affordable. Contacted Ross Clark, to fix damp , water ingress I suspected was coming from the chimney, he took £700 cash and there was no difference , called, messaged him so many times, he promised to come round a few times, but surprise surprise, did the same as he has to many others, never appeared, so next course of action commences, does anyone know of an honest trustworthy roofer as I need mine fixed?

Ross Clark and his boys did a low quality job for me. He did not do all the work he said he would. And he did not attend on the days he said he would. His excuse was usually “I’m Moving house “. When I complained about the appearance of my roof he gave about a seven percent discount and said it doesn’t leak, it didn’t leak before I called him. I won’t recommend Ross Clark he said he would do a good job no shortcuts, but he covered my flat roof with fiberglass resin. It looks a mess. He said he would revere his van on to my drive and throw old felt strait into his van. This led me to believe he would strip the old felt off roof. AVOID: THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A TRADER I HAVE EVER HAD.
Ross Clark has been UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and dealing with him to correct issues that has cropped up has been nothing but hassle and has caused stress! My experience of this company has been a gross misuse of my money and time and I sorely regret ever contracting with them. If you value your sanity, hard earned cash and time. PLEASE AVOID!
In March I contracted Ross Clark Roofing to supply an fit, new roof, gutters, skylight to my home. Ross was always reliable, helpful and communicative right up to the point he was PAID! I had noticed a few issues left unfinished and a few that caused concern. After a separate inspection of Ross’s work I was informed that the way that Ross had left my building wouldn’t pass building regulations. It took me TWO months of him missing appointments and Ross generally treating me like I was an inconvenience as well as me informing him that I would be seeking legal action, and then ultimately leaving him a factual negative review on Rated People to get him to come and fix the issues his poor workmanship had caused. He has now deleted his profile from Rated People! At this point he also apologised and threw in a good will gesture. I had hoped that months of stress was now at an end, however, very quickly another issue arose, my front gutter, which he had replaced was leaking on to mine and my neighbours property. I informed Ross of this in June and asked him to come and fix it. He agreed he would, However, you guessed it, months of broken appointments, non communication, from Ross then when challenged unprofessional language was used. He eventually came out in August (because he was in Glasgow anyway – his words) And sealed the gutter, he left, it rained and the issue was still there, he then came out a further two times in August, did the same thing, gutter still leaking. Since then it has been impossible to get Ross to come and sort out his poor worksmanship. This week alone, I was told he would attend Monday , didn’t show up and no communication. I eventually got him and he agree to come on Wednesday – Didn’t show up, no communication. Eventually on Wednesday I told him that he had until 10am Friday to come to sort this or I would now be escalating my complaint. He organised to come on Friday, I then told him a storm was due and he wouldn’t be able to do anything Friday. So he said he would attend Thursday instead. Didn’t attend, eventually communicated to tell me he was moving house and really busy anyway. Utterly ridiculous. I have a 10 year guarantee on his work, paid £8K to get that work done and I still have a leaking gutter and have waited almost 7 months for it to be repaired.
If you value your sanity and good customer service, reliability and a company you can trust this is NOT it! Unfortunately with some digging I found very similar reviews I am not the first customer to have been ripped off by this company.

Recently had my roof replaced with new Spanish slate with a fibreglass flat roof job was finished on time and to a great standard can't thank Ross enough as the company in before hand left the house and garden in a mess before even starting the job definitely a 5 star service would recommend and have done so to my mother who is just about to get hers done
