This is what I needed! I love the app, easy to use and Ross is always available if I have a question or have not been so sure about what I need to do. Workout themselves are great, the structure is nice and it changes weekly. Early days but have already toned up and seeing differences. More...

My motivation is to provide my clients with effective plans that are tailored to their needs. My plans are different and vary with each individual, which is what makes them work. I also believe that knowledge is everything, so I always try and answer all questions and provide the most effective advice that I can.

Consistency. You don't need fad diets and you don't need to kill yourself in the gym. What you need is a balanced lifestyle, implementing exercise and good eating habits on a consistent basis.

Showing people how simple it is to get and stay in shape. I have experienced in the past all of the gimmicks which the fitness world is plagued with, and I really enjoy it when clients see results and maintain them for the long term.

Having been a professional fitness model I saw the nasty side of the fitness business. From people getting ripped off to people getting unhealthy and damaging advice. I want to share what I know, and reveal that fitness really isn't that complicated and shouldn't cost a fortune.

Because what I offer is truly personal and designed to fit around the clients needs. I purposefully limit the amount of clients I take on, so that I can have the time necessary to work for them. I am fortunate enough in life that I can afford to not overcharge for what I offer, and can focus on a limited number of clients.
