How long have you been in business?
I originally trained in housekeeping in France for 10 years working in some very exclusive hotel resorts. On my return to the UK I was Head Housekeeper in a new Hotel belonging to a French chain.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I prefer to work with my own supplies and vacuum cleaner. Only because I aim to have everything at hand that I may need.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always said that I am as good as my last job and receiving positive feedback is key to success.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you have read my profile the answer is in the above. I can provide references to substantiate my profile. Allowing someone into their home to work is a big thing and I can assure the client that discretion is a very important factor because without it I would not have work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
First and foremost I have to be sure I am COVID free and in respecting the guidelines I would not put anyone at risk.
