He contacted me within the hour, made an appointment and kept it, gave a very profecianal explanation with options I might like to consider, he left with all my details stating he would email me a quote for the work, ten days later having not recieved anything I phoned him, he apologised and asked that I re send my details which I did, now some four weeks later I have still not heard from him, the work was of considerable amount which with a verbal quote from him of over £6000. 00 was mentioned, not very reliable.
