Can’t recommend Matt enough. We recently transferred our work emails and websites to Rocket Sites and Matt has been there every step of the way with instant replies and support. He willingly used TeamViewer to make sure we were all set up and gave me guidance on what we should be doing too. We’ve struggled with our emails for a while now, not even being able to send to one another in the office - now with Matt, we’re sending emails to each other and they’re being received almost as soon as I’m pressing send. An outstanding service and I have no doubt that our issues we once had with another company will never re-occur with Matt. Support very much appreciated and although I feel like I’m being a nuisance being the office messenger nothing has ever been too much.
