If you are finding it difficult to cope with a loved one or at work, let me help you find ways to cope. If you want to better understand yourself or a situation you are in, we can explore this as well. If you have been diagnosed with a learning disability or other disability are are struggling, let me help.

I have a varied and extended history as a counsellor and have worked in numerous settings, including the NHS, with all ages, backgrounds and abilities. I have worked with mental health such as relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety, childhood abuse, bullying, addiction and coping difficulties. I received an MSc in Counselling from the University of Bristol and I am currently sitting for my MSc in Psychology.

I can appreciate that many things are difficult to speak about or even understand in our lives. Please be assured that you will have the time to explore whatever you feel comfortable with at a pace that suits you. My approach is non-judgemental and compassionate. I consider myself to be thorough and well informed yet honest enough to know when I need to learn more about matters that may be helpful for you.

I am a mature, (in some ways), counsellor with a life time of experiences which I hope can be of benefit to you.
