What a absolutely fantastic spread you put on for us last night everybody at my party said how wonderful it was the food was.
The Profiteroles also went down an absolute storm so thanks so much for bringing them second time.
The service was excellent all round, right from speaking to you at the start to the end last night and a couple of my friends now want your number so brilliant all round.
You made my Birthday so perfect so thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
I shall be using you again for my next party!

After long years in hospitality as a manager in restaurants and then as a head chef, there was nothing else I wanted to do but starting my own business
