I don't usually leave reviews but given how good josh and bob was with us on our project, I wanted to thank them by leaving a review.
We neededed our flat fully refurbished before we moved in, including new bathroom/kitchen /wiring etc
Josh and bob helped plan everything to a tee so when we got the keys, they were in the next day and had it finished and painted and cleaned within 10 weeks

Each garage conversion offer a unique set of challenges and potential rewards, but a change of use potentially offers a streamlined and budget friendly way to maximise space without extending.
Things to consider from the start would be elements like services, (foul sewage, water main, gas etc) and how the proposal effects their runs, and how the garage conversion would be serviced.
Other considerations would be the current state of insulation (if any at all), and what would be needed to be done to upgrade the specification.
Other more practical concerns would the space would be integrated into the existing dwelling and how access and flow would be achieved, either by a door way or a full structural opening.

A feasibility would start the process off by having a conversation with our architect to find out your requirements where our construction team would also have input. From there, design work would commence before planning application is submitted and approval acquired which would then allow the Building Control approval process to begin, which would finally then allow the building to commence.

What is the space like within the loft?
Is the pitch too steep or too shallow?
Is there space to allow an additional staircase to be fitted?

Feasibility would commence from our architect, assisted by our build team, to work our a practical and cost effective means by which additional space is acquired.
From there the draws are drawn up and planning submitted.
Building Control approval is then sought ahead of a start on site which would then be manage by the construction side of the business.

All 3 of our directors since leaving university have worked for large corporate construction businesses, exposing them to the high level of service that we now offer at RNB.
Two of the directors met at the local rugby club and started doing work part time on small projects to start establish a client base and to build up a solid supply chain.
Since forming RNB a couple of years ago, the third director who offer solely design work has added an extra dimension to the business as we can fuse an experienced and professional build service, with front end exceptional design work.

The guarantee depends from job to job but we sign up JCT contract before works commence to give the client reassurances of their contractural position prior to the commencement of the build and after handover.

Taking projects from initial stages and advising them on their dream project, which we are then able to take from paper through into a high quality build.
The control and peace of mind this offer is something that we enjoy passing onto our clients.

We perceived there was a gap in the market to bring a professional edge to the house building/extension market, as we had a background in major contracting, but struggled for professional reliability at a smaller scale.
Once we starting trading, we found ourselves dealing with a real lack of design work which our third director exceeds on a daily basis.
