I have just finished a 12 week block of personal training with Ruairí and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Right from the initial contact I made all the way through the program he was fantastic in supporting me and provided the info and knowledge to allow me to progress and achieve my goals.
He is very quick to reply to messages and emails which means any help you need is sorted quickly.

I reached out to Ruairi on May 2021 and signed up for the 12 week program. Before the program I was sluggish, tired, inactive and my looks suffered as I began to look chubby fat (Weight: ~73kg).
My lifestyle was sedentary due to working from home and was not watching my diet at all. I tried using free apps to workout but they did not get me going and exercises got repetitive.
Throughout the program, the exercises set by Ruairi were fun and exciting - the initial weeks were to build up my strength. I also developed important habits like tracking my calorie/protein intake (also my first time beginning to use whey protein as part of dietary intake). Eventually in the last phase of the program week 8-12, I was doing exercises at intensities I would not have imagined possible before the program - a particularly proud achievement was running 3.8km on treadmill in 20 mins and an outdoor 5.3km run in 31 mins.
Throughout the program, there is a continuous feedback loop based on weekly updates provided to Ruairi, and Ruairi will make the appropriate changes that is personalised for you (Eg. adjust calorie limits, increase protein consumption, increase number of daily walking steps etc.)
My weight now is (~69kg), but more importantly I feel much healthier overall and develop important lifestyle habits. I am extending my program with Ruairi to see if I can take my fitness to a newer level with the success of the 12 week program.

A great trainer with a wealth of knowledge! I worked with Ruairi whilst preparing for a rugby season abroad! Ruairi taught me the correct form for many strength and conditioning movements that I had little experiance in such as front squats, cleans and snatches to name a few! This was great prep as during my rugby season the S&C program we followed with the club included the majority of the exercises I had previously worked on. Ruairi breaks the movement down making it much simpler to learn and he takes his time when coaching in order to teach proper form.
