If you are looking for a coach who is all about developing you as a person, Ruari is your man, he has not just help me get physically better but he helps give you the mental edge as well, he is very understanding and very flexible as he was able to adapt a nutrition plan and workout plan for my busy schedule

Decided to try and get myself fit in the run up to Christmas and after I finished the 8 week programme, I saw big improvements in my strength and stamina. A great trainer with a wealth of knowledge! I worked with Ruairi whilst preparing for a rugby season abroad! Ruairi taught me the correct form for many strength and conditioning movements that I had little experiance in such as front squats, cleans and snatches to name a few! This was great prep as during my rugby season the S&C program we followed with the club included the majority of the exercises I had previously worked on. Ruairi breaks the movement down making it much simpler to learn and he takes his time when coaching in order to teach proper form. In my opinion, Ruairi is the one of the best trainer I have come across. Thanks to a friend who recommended me to him after working with him. Before I started working with him, my fitness and strength level was not good so after working with him in 6 weeks up to Christmas. I feel more fitter and more energy. Ruairi is an amazing trainer, I’ve been working with him for over 4 months and every session he pushes me to be better and the results have been brilliant, lots of pounds and inches lost. He makes each session challenging and fun and he’s made me a great training programme so I can train better on my own.
Hes so supportive with my diet aswell, giving me nutritional advice to help with my weight loss.
Love all my sessions with him, awesome guy, highly recommend

I have moved all my In-Person training to Online. They can now train in the comfort of their own home until restrictions are lifted and we can return to the gym.
