What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to interact and offer my customers a 5 star service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a waste company called Suez for almost 8 years and seen 1st hand the amount of rubbish Newcastle alone would generate on a daily basis, So i decided to set up RMD to offer a mobile service to help clean up the North East and use my experience to be able to recycle as much as possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear full ppe regardless of Covid due to the nature of our job, but we have taken that extra step due by completely minimizing or if possible not having any contact with the customer, wearing face masks and also sanitizing our hands before and after every collection
