Seen Roza’s business page popped on my Facebook and it was just in time as we are about to move to another city. Called her directly, got quote right away, so happy with the results! She has an extra option to bring all of her own equipment and supplies and that saved us a lot of bother as we had enough to pack and sort out already. She even took all the rubbish from the clean outside and helped me with packaging!

Roza is very friendly, approachable, punctual and hardworking lady, and her communication skills are spot on too! She is definitely not the cheapest around, but the price of her services directly reflect the high standards and attention to detail she provides!

We definitely will be recommending her to our friends and family!

I found Roza on Facebook via her business page which i have seen on Bark. I got in touch via private message on FB and got pretty much an immediate response from her.
Communication was excellent throughout and qualify of the Deep Clean i hired her for was outstanding. Not only that she went over and above, and even emptied the dishwasher and folded my laundry. If i could give her 20 stars, I definitely would!!!

I am so thankful that i came across of RK Cleaning Services when someone recommended her via Facebook group and we got in touch her business page and contact number.

She came across as very approachable and friendly lady, fast to respond and kept a great communication throughout the whole process.

We have hired her services for a spring/deep clean for our elderly parents and couldn’t be more happier with the results. She is not the cheapest on the market, but her outstanding customer approach and attention to detail worth even more than she charges. Now my parents are happy in their home and luckily Roza had a space to provide them with her home help services that we also grateful for as we don’t live very close to them.

Roza is keeping their house on track and we know that she is very loyal, trustworthy and genuine person to be around.

ROZA made a wonderful job of cleaning my house from top to bottom. She worked non stop for 5 hours was very thorough cleaned all surfaces and cleaned into all the corners and left the house sparkling clean or as the saying goes as clean as a new pin. I was delighted with her work and with the tidy way she worked and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a once all over clean or a regular visit. Roza has been hired to provide deep cleaning services and she has exceeded all our expectations, so we have decided to offer her a fortnightly general clean so she can keep our house in great condition at all times. We do clean our house in between too, but Roza’s clean adds that extra touch when we are too busy/lazy to do it ourselves.

Roza has been working for years in my household and became part of my family. She takes care of every little aspect in my house when it comes to house chores- from organising kitchen cupboards, to even painting garden fence, from going to shops for me to cooking some lunch, from refilling every soap/air freshener to deep cleaning whole house, including dusting every part of the house, even ceiling. She is just unstoppable, eager to please, always keeps me updated via high standards of communication.
