Very professional from start to finish! Took my cocker spaniel named Ferne here on 31.05.17 for a full cut as recommended by a close friend. Beth accommodated to the fact that Ferne is very nervous at the groomers and by the end of the cut, Ferne was happy to be on the bench with her fresh new hair cut (plus Ferne smells amazing now). We could not recommend Beth enough! We have been taking our Cocker Spaniel to Riverview for a little while and we would not go anywhere else now.
Beth is so professional, provides excellent customer service and above all is very talented at her job. Our boy, Melo, always comes home looking and smelling absolutely beautiful. Which is an achievement for a pup that loves nothing more than mud.
