I have been to this establishment quite a few times now the luxurious out house is very warming and relaxing atmosphere. For anyone with back problems, I'm sure this will help. I've had a back problem for years. I've tried anything and everything to help and when I heard about this i just thought, I'll give it a try and I'm so glad I did because the results were fantastic. 2 treatments and then a top up a couple of months later. I suffer from a condition called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome that affects my neck, shoulders and arms and, because it has been left untreated for so long, it has caused a secondary condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

I was dubious about Kinetic Chain Release being able to help me and was a bit worried it may make my neck pain worse - I had no need to be. The process is vigorous but a lot gentler than a Chiropractor, and I felt benefit after the very first session. I've had two sessions now, and you can see the difference in my alignment from Mark's photos on the page - I would thoroughly recommend Mark, and KCR in general, as part of a natural protocol to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Had a session with Mark due to a few different ailments I had which were causing me pain in a few areas of my body, I was a bit nervous going into the session but Mark made me feel really relaxed and calm, the treatment wasn't what I expected in that I thought it was going to be really painful and I'd maybe come out feeling worse than I had went in but that couldn't have been further from the truth - I have felt instant relief, I feel more supple and relaxed, the pain I felt almost everyday has disappeared and I have a spring back in my step literally � thank you mark for a fab experience you are a genius sir ! Following a period of ill health, kinetic chain release was recommended to me so I contacted Mark. The difference I feel physically and emotionally is huge. In particular I was suffering from pain in my right arm and shoulder which is now completely gone. The treatment is unlike anything I have ever undergone before, but extremely powerful. I had been struggling with back problems and was crippled with pain taking painkillers due to not being able to move! I went and seen mark and amazing! After a day it had eased up but by a couple of days the pain had gone! Had my first KCR last night. This morning I've woken with much more movement in lower back, less tightness/pain in my legs and achilles heels. As a massage therapist I will most certainly be recommending this to my clients. Massage is a great way to relieve tension and knots with relaxation but this feels completely different. Rewelacyjna metoda na powrót do zdrowia! Problemy z kręgosłupem lędźwiowym i kolanami znacznie się zmniejszyły. Patrycja jest bardzo profesjonalna i konkretna, w tym co robi, przy czym stwarza miłą, przyjazną atmosferę :) Polecam każdemu, kto odczuwa dyskomfort zdrowotny w każdym wieku!

Miałam te zabiegi kilka razy i jestem zachwycona !
Szkoda, że Patka przebywa więcej czasu za granicą, bo korzystałabym częściej. Po masażu czuję się wspaniale i to przez kilka ładnych miesięcy. Polecam to, nie tylko ludziom z problemami fizycznymi, ale również jeśli ktoś ma "doła" psychicznego. Wszystko się po tym lepiej układa.

Jestem najlepszym przykładem, że ta metoda jest ogromną ulgą w cierpieniu jeśli chodzi kręgosłup i nie tylko. Podczas ostrego zapalenia mięśni kręgosłupa, dyskopatii i towarzyszącej temu rwy kulszowej Patrycja zaproponowała mi pomoc. Efekt był dla mnie zdumiewający bo po tygodniu zażywania leków przeciwbólowych i zwiodczających mięśnie, nie czułem się tak dobrze jak po tym czego dokonały jej magiczne ręce :) Jak za dotykiem magicznej różdżki moje ograniczenia ruchowe i towarzyszący temu ból nagle odeszły :) Polecam każdemu kto ma jakikolwiek problem ze swoim organizmem, a tych którzy czują się dobrze zachęcam również gdyż dzięki temu zabiegowi można poczuć się nie tylko świetnie fizycznie ale również psychicznie :) Patka z mojej strony ogromne gratulacje, że udało Ci się opanować tą technikę pomagania i uleczania ludzi :) More...

I wasn't sure if Patrycja could help me with my sciatica pain but just after one session I found a big relief with it.
Do not use pain killers to cover your pain - use Patrycja Marek as your therapy to help yourself.

I can't believe how much KCR has helped me! I have suffered from fibromyalgia for many years and lost count of the different treatments I have tried. Doctors advised I was uncurable and there was nothing left they could do for me. I heard about KCR through a friend and I felt an amazing difference after one session. I had been suffering with back and neck pain for years, made worse by a car accident in March. I was on some heavy mess day and night and was still in major pain and discomfort. Unable to do basic things.

Didn't know what to expect,but happy Ive done it.
Ana did explained very well what will be happening.She is professional and very gentle.
Felt lightheaded next day,after felt better,more fit and not tired at all.
Sleeping much better then before treatment.

I fell down the stairs whilst 22 weeks pregnant after 18 months of back/hip and leg pain and on to morphine,ibuprofen and paracetamol after numerous different medicines,injections into my back and physio I was at the end of my tether isolated and stuck on crutches and mentally was struggling. I felt I was letting my boys down an that was the hardest part to cope with. One treatment and WOW I noticed a difference immediately I could bend and move and pick my not so small boy up without being close to tears. I still have some pain but another treatment should do the trick. I am in utter disbelief to the difference 24 hours can make. Amazing! I had my first KCR treatment yesterday I struggled to get out my car and walk in to the clinic with the pain in my lower back, I've had this pain on and off for almost 8 years and never found a cure,after seeing Claire I feel great, very informative the treatment was spot on and she is a lovely girl, cannot recommend enough I left feeling loads better and today back to myself! Experienced my first KCR therapy today with Claire. Now, I was a bit skeptical however, there's no harm in trying, is there? ! Ohmygollygosh!!! I feel amazing. I'm close to being pain free and feeling so loose. It's as though I've had a huge weight taken off my shoulders. I still have a teeny twinge in my lower back but it's hardly noticeable and my neck pain has gone completely. My ankles are feeling stronger too. I had my first KCR therapy on Monday with Claire. Previous to my appt I struggled to walk 5 mins to the shop and back without having pain in my hip which caused me to have a limp. I had treatment at Kcr for sciatica with Claire. It is as if she worked magic. I can't praise her highly enough. Also recommended a friend who found the treatment nothing short of a miracle. My brother-in-law was here from Australia and had 1 treatment before travelling back on that long flight and had a really comfortable return journey.
