What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting and working with new people. For me it's all about building a relationship with a client and getting the best out of them to create engaging imagery. Photography isn't about taking photographs, it's about making photographs and collaborating with your subjects to make something great, together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for several years in a 'real job' in an office and after a while I realised that I needed to be creative, and drive and develop my own business which I could shape and run. A creative business where people were at the centre of it and where I could shape and direct it and make something really special. This is where Rise Headshots was born.
Why should our clients choose you?
I spend a lot of time to get to know my clients and build a strong relationship with them. Having your photograph taken can be a daunting prospect, especially if you're not used to it, so it's really important to make people feel at ease and relaxed before and during the shoot. I'm genuinely interested in my clients and work with them to make the best possible images for their requirements. Most people come back time and time again.
