I have been providing a coaching environment within the workplace and for clients throughout my career – working with leaders and professionals, as well as individuals who are facing many challenges in life. I have experienced and witnessed the immense benefits that coaching can nurture within individuals and teams.

My coaching style is based on the principle “the quality of your attention determines the quality of other people’s thinking” (Nancy Kline). We live in a world that is fast paced and leaves little space for thinking and reflection; this is often the missing piece of the puzzle when we are seeking change.

I am a qualified Professional Coach with an accreditation in Executive Coaching with the Association for Coaching and I work with leaders in commercial, third and charitable sectors.

I do not subscribe to any one coaching philosophy or school of thought because I strongly believe that my approach is guided by the individual I am working with.

Although my professional training has focused on business and executive coaching, my approach is rooted in the belief that coaching a deeper level requires a holistic approach that considers your core values, beliefs and behaviours.

I am passionate about well-being and the importance of building strong habits that will provide the infrastructure within which you can fulfil your vision.

In an industry that does not require coaches to have formal qualifications or accreditation, Dalia completed a post-graduate certificate in professional coaching and is accredited in Executive Coaching by the Association of Coaching, following assessment of her coaching knowledge and skills. Dalia is also committed to continuous growth and professional development.
