Allergy confidence, brilliant service and great food (takeaway)I am gluten free with a few other intolerances so am a pain in the neck customer, but was not made to feel that way at all. I called to check ingredients *after* placing an order (technical error on my part, wrong way around!) and the chap was kind, checked ingredients thoroughly and even swapped a dish without making an extra charge. The food arrived far faster than expected, was hot, fresh and very tasty. Rogan Josh is a favourite of mine and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. One of our Two local takeaways, we try to alternate between the Two. Never had a bad curry, always excellent food. Ordered from here a few times now and really enjoyed it so have became somewhat of a repeat customer. HOWEVER. Ordered through Deliveroo at about 8:20pm and the food said it was expected to arrive at 9:20pm. At 9:40pm I got a message saying it had been delivered when it hadn’t. So we called up and was told the delivery driver left to drop it off 15 mins ago and they had made a mistake on the system saying it had been delivered(called at 9:45). At 10:20 the young delivery driver turns up and I thank him regardless and he tells me it had only taken him 3 mins to get from the shop to my house? Bearing in mind it was 35 mins ago someone from the shop told me he left 15 mins prior. The food was luke warm and I heated it up. The food was good as always, but don’t lie to customers.. I’d rather just know the truth if you were busy or messed up. I’ll bare this issue in mind if I’m to order again. More...

Ordered for the first time from here yesterday, I don't really hold high expectations for Indian takeaways in Nottingham but this one was perfection! The food tasted fresh and authentic. The dum chicken biriyani and seekh kebab were cooked excellently and the vegetable samosa had the most crispy pastry that just melted in your mouth as pastry should.
