I was new to therapy and very apprehensive about reaching out for help. After my consultation with Richard I was very pleased with his non judgemental professionalism. I instantly felt at ease when speaking to him about my issues. Working with Richard has helped me immensely, he gave me space to understand my unhealthy patterns of thought which was causing me a great deal of pain. He has given me the confidence to make the changes that I needed to improve the quality of my life.

Being able to support people implement meaningful change in their lives.

I offer you a safe space where you can be you, without judgement. I will help to make sense of what your experiences have meant for you, how they have influenced you, and what you may want to do about them moving forward. To do this I provide a calm, warm empathic environment in which we can gently but meaningfully seek to facilitate desired change in your life. This can include working with difficulty forming or maintaining relationships, or a general sense of feeling stuck, low self-esteem or a sense of not feeling good enough.

Whatever you need support with, and however clear or unclear you are about how to make things better, I'm here to help you.

I offer sessions via Zoom (video) or telephone.
I will discuss this with you to see what you prefer.

Due to the pandemic all sessions are either video or telephone based, until further notice.
