Highly recommended!
It was easy to contract with Richard, in his initial call he came across as extremely; professional, knowledgeable, experienced, engaging, organised and caring.
He gathered all the information we required and re-laid it in detail in writing together with a quote. That price was the price we paid no hidden extras. The site was up and running within the time frame quoted.
Once the deposit had been paid, Richard went straight to work, absolutely nonstop super-efficient. He is very polite, well-mannered and friendly. He has excellent communication skills and is very trustworthy.
Richard made great effort to explain things in a way that I could understand being a lesser technically experienced person than he is.
The end result, our new website is even better that we had envisaged and even hoped for. Richard encourages and welcomes feedback and works extremely hard to ensure you are satisfied.
I have really enjoyed the experience, Richard.
