R&C have fully trained and experienced floor staff, professional bartenders and qualified sommeliers to ensure your guests feel fully cared for, as well as various options for layouts and styles, they can realise any vision.

The aim for the business was to bring a different approach to the outside catering industry within the North West, with a range of attitudes such as creative menu design, street food concepts, eye-catching dining rooms & a more casual view on typically more formal events.

As the business grew and progressed Rhubarb & Custard moved into restaurant consultancy, menu design, new start-ups & financial management – all too great success.

They are established as an informal, diverse, unique and trend setting food operator within the North West. With a strong ethos on sharing and fun within our offering we have built a strong core offer within the company’s brand structure, which compliments the other areas well.
