Recommend kyle without hesitation. I underwent knee surgery last June. It was great to get my knee finally fixed but no follow up physio was offered. After only 5 days post surgery, I was attending personal training sessions with Kyle. He patiently worked with me through the rehab stage, offering professional advise and guidance to rehabilitate me back to full fitness. I continue to benefit from 1:1 sessions with Kyle.
