I love working with Nori. She has such an in depth knowledge of the body and always so clearly explains what she’s trying to achieve with each exercise. She’s incredibly uplifting and a great motivator taking a holistic approach to body and mind. She has a real skill for looking at the whole person and assessing the best way to help you reach your goals. Nory is not only inspiring, motivating and knowledgable in her field, but also enthusiastic to help others achieve their goal, in the best way possible.
I love her yoga classes! I always leave feeling relaxed, positive and confident I have tried something new, or improved from the previous week.

I honestly can't imagine how I would have felt if I hadn’t come in that day and started exercising with you.

I was really scared to go for my induction and I didn't know what to expect. However, instead, I was welcomed with a smiling face and a professional friendly personality! You still intimated me though because you were soo fit and I felt like a sack of potatoes compared to you but you were so friendly, and it put me at ease.

What was great about our sessions was that you didn't make me feel bad about not being the best at something. My single leg stability was a mess, and now it's not as much of a mess. you made working out fun, with your positivity and your one-liners!

When I first started attending Nory's classes, I rarely worked out with others. However, her group sessions were so much fun and I was able to train in a new way with new people every week! Her PT sessions also allow a more personal experience where she can work on specifics like building strength and flexibility. It's clear Nory really cares about her clients and her positive attitude means you leave your session feeling on top of the world. I would definitely recommend investing your time and money with Nory for brill results both mentally and physically. More...

Over the course of a year my practise with Nory has always been varied, engaging, fun & constructive. She is incredibly supportive & positive in every aspect of her training - she constantly challenges me through yoga, spinning & weight training but I always feel comfortable & confident. Nory has a high level of knowledge on the human body & function because of this I always feel safe trying new things (like headstands!) knowing I am getting stronger & healthier in a safe way, it also means you get loads of advice on everything! Nory is a fabulous personal trainer to me!! She is my first PT and I’ve got no experience in gym before. I have a really good training time with her as I feel encouraged all the time. She takes every session seriously and she is attentive to every posture you have done. This avoid a newbie like me to get injured. Nori is such a knowledgeable and amazing trainer!! She's so friendly and really motivates you to reach your goals. I can't recommend her enough. She tailors workouts to suit your needs/fitness levels and always pushes you to your limit (but knows when to stop). Nori is always so enthusiastic and determined to help with any of your fitness needs. I have been having PT sessions with her for a few months now and I was ecstatic of how quickly I saw changes to my physical and mental health.
Her online and group yoga sessions are informative, relaxed and she always encourages my comfort of the position over getting it a 100% correct.
I’m really glad to have someone as understanding as Nori helping me develop my fitness and strength.

I was lucky that day when I met Nory in the gym. I was registered to gym however, I was a bit busy and I need motivation as I want really to train and enjoy the gym while doing my study espically these months were my last months in Sheffield. I was hesitant about having a personal training as I am really know what to do but I need motivator. I met Nory and she was very friendly and we discuss everything and agreed the sessions amd times. I was coming motivated to this one hour session of 12 session if I am right. We really enjoyed these sessions, she was really good personal training and understand what she is doing. Her advice for my case was really useful. I have lordosis and she put that in her consideration. Sometimes I forget but she remind me for example this exercise is not good for your back cus you have lordosis. I felt like oh she did not forget what I told her first day. She was so supportive, friendly and motivator. I actually was doing toning. My body looks so nice after these sessions. Nory has been amazing for me and the sessions are the highlight of my week! She listened to exactly what i wanted to achieve and has tailored exciting and innovative programmes to me that she is constantly adapting and bringing in new elements to keep it intereting. Any time i have an injury/ache/pain she immediately knows how to fix it. It is evident the amount of knowledge and expertise she has in this field. She pushes me to achieve my best and is so supportive. I have always been tall and lanky but i have toned up so much and seen so many new shapes in my body since working with her. Nory is a brilliant trainer. She takes time to understand what you want to achieve and what will help to keep you motivated. She is very careful to ensure you do the exercises properly to minimise injury. I have been really impressed with her knowledge and she is really helping me to condition and strengthen my body with a particular focus on weaker areas and after only a few weeks of working with Nory I am already noticing a big difference.
