I would recommend Anyone to work with Tristan, he keeps sessions interesting and there is always a purpose to all his methods, he keeps track of your progress and shows you the data on how your progressing which keeps you motivated. I cannot recommend Revamp Fitness enough as I completely smashed my 2019 goals! I started to train with Tristan at the start of 2019 for my wedding which was in August. Tristan has a great approach to people who has a busy lifestyle making sure training and nutrition plans fit in with this. I am someone who likes to know the detail when I commit to something, so Tristan’s encyclopaedic knowledge of both nutrition and exercise really helped my understanding why I was committing to the plan I was on. Fast forward 8 months and I had lost 4kgs of fat and put on 3kgs of muscle. Great result and I look forward to working with him in 2020! More...

Since joining the gym in January this year I have been working out 4/5 x per week and running in between. All was going great until recently when I hit a plateau and wasn't progressing any more. As a result I lost my focus and had niggling thoughts that I hadn't got my nutrition/macros as balanced as I should. Highly recommend anyone looking for a PT to contact Tristan. He has been an absolutely great PT and is very dedicated to helping you reach your goal. He listens to your goals, plans workouts to reach those goals , consistently checks in with you and is great at mentoring lifestyle changes that can be made to achieve your goal.
