I am an Integrative counsellor, I have been licensed for 9 years, I work with cognitive behaviour therapy, person centred and transactional analysis. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds with clients with a wide range of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, eating orders, family matters, relationship break ups, abuse amongst various other concerns.

What do you love most about your job?
The best thing about being a therapist is seeing clients grow through talking and seeing in themselves how they grow, enabling each client with their concerns and seeing for themselves as they speak what the truth may be to them and realise life can be enjoyable again. I enjoy seeing clients having a lightbulb moment of realising what they knew all along, to see clients leaving sessions the person they choose to be and being congruent with themselves. I explain it in the way of being cocooned then working through concerns to enable self to coming out of the other side like a butterfly finding its wings to be free.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my private practice through my background and eventually believing myself I felt as I had come through so much in time that I could enable others to speak out, to be congruent with theirselves to achieve the peace they are looking for and to believe in themselves instead of feeling low and worthless which was felt before. I enjoy working with clients to see them grow and heal.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I am reliable, honest, trustworthy and believe in equality. I am non-judgemental and fair as I understand how being judge makes you feel and believe in true equality for everybody whatever their background. I believe in autonomy and congruence for each individual to enable clients to speak out and feel their worth.
