Nightmare: constantly charged twice for same work, charged for work not done, overcharged, very poor maintenance, wooden doors and windowframes rapidly fell into disrepair due to wrong paint being applied during planned maintenance. Grounds a mess, charged for gardening that was not carried out. Incompetent, uncaring, stubborn staff. Service charges increased every year despite increasingly poor maintenance. I was placed in charge of communicating with Remus over lack of proper management. It was never going to change! Anti-social family across the road. Remus refused to do anything about them parking in our spaces and playing football on our grounds. They eventually set fire to a car parked on one of our spaces directly in front of the apartment block. A complaint to Remus brought no response. In the end I sold the flat cheaply just to put the nightmare behind me. NEVER AGAIN! More...

Absolute scoundrels,do not answer questions about being charged or overcharged for contractors.

Unethical company whose interests are not in serving it's customers but making the most money possible fleecing them. Costs on our bill have been challenged with (substantially cheaper) alternatives which have been dismissed and to add insult to injury, homeowners are now facing not being able to sell or get a new mortgage as their fees are uncapped and rising! Our property manager is polite (but not really helping progress matters) but others are downright rude. More...

Remus have been our managing agents for a number of years now and I have always been provided with a good quality of customer service and prompt action. It is all too common nowadays to leave bad reviews and not acknowledge the positives. Far too many people in leasehold blocks don’t understand how budgets work and and have to take accountability themselves when costs exceed due to constant misuse of lifts and incorrect waste disposal. I have no problem recommending remus. The apartment was excellent condition as it was newly decorated when we moved in. The maintenance team where very prompt and helpful when we had a problem with the washing machine altogether very impressed
