What do you love most about your job?
We pride ourselves on listening to our customers needs and try to taylor our solutions as best we can to those needs.
Integrity is important to us and we would rather turn down a job if there's any risk of the customer's budget
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea for starting Remson came feeling customer frustrations as to how other companies manage their IT requirements. We felt that so many companies are very inhibitive in their service offerings. Our main focus is customer satisfaction which ought to be a very simple ethos.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are always happy to accommodate remote service. We use cotton gloves when handling customer devices and also wipe down the device with antibacterial cleaning solution before returning the devices.
