Absolutely fantastic service. I attempted a DIY replacement lock after our barrel failed and I was foiled by a rounded screw. ...for over an hour. :) These guys came out within 15minutes. It was out of normal hours and repaired VERY quickly (even the bits I had made a bit worst....ok, destroyed). It's easy when you have years of experience and the right tools.
