REL Landscape & Maintenance Ltd is a small family run business but they deliver quality service at an amazing value. They provided a no obligation on site survey and design advice.

The company delivers on its promise in a timely fashion and the workers are very hardworking, polite, helpful and receptive to customer input They regard the customers wishes as their priority and no request is too much.

The company is extremely honest, to the extent that they refunded the unspent material cost to us (customer) which is very refreshing to see. We wouldn't have known they underspent until Del told us.

They completed the work on time and to a high standard.

All in all we highly recommend REL Landscape & Maintenance Ltd as the go to company for all your gardening needs and the team are absolutely lovely!

Although I was a bit skeptical about using any other trades person, Dell constantly gave us reassurance that the job would be completed satisfactorily. Rel replaced 10 fences for us ( we ordered fences ourselves with his guidance ) , Very reliable , very punctual, very friendly , very responsible, also clean . He did a good job. He originally said he would have to move one of the concrete post but this wasn’t required. I thought the cost was expensive for time given , originally was told takes Half day which the quote seemed reasonable for the time and having to move the concrete post but took only just over 2hrs . The price seemed alot for the work that was done for just over 2hrs. I appreciate there was disposal of old fences . I had a much lower quote from a Handy man but for some reason as he messaged back a few times, and also offered to contact supplier on our behalf to chase order , so I decided to choose him instead as it wasn’t a big job , Make sure you get other quotes before for comparison. if necessary but overall very good service More...

Thank you for your review. Every job we do, we do it with the highest standard of professionalism and offer the most reasonable price. All our clients can agree to that. We take a special pride in providing both high quality service and reasonable cost at all times. The cost of the job had absolutely nothing to do with the amount of time but was a reasonable given quote due to the fact that there where ten fence panels to be taken out, cut up and removed of which carries a cost. It is not free to dispose of that amount of timber waste. Also there was two of the new fence panels that needed to be cut and refitted. We are sorry to hear you felt it was too costly, but i would advise you to be cautious of persons with very low quotes as these usually are low due to the lack of experience and quality of workmanship. Regarding the post removal, I've searched through all our conversation and i did not find any conversation or mention of a post removal; there was never a need to remove a post. I had started a project on my front garden but the previous Landscaper had collected but not finished the work. .

I reached out to Dell and not only did he finished it beautifully but he worked with my tight budget.

I am very happy with the outcome.

His knowledge of flowers was also impressive..and on top of that Dell was kind enough to assist me in sourcing all the materials I needed..

From the moment we met Roddelle for his initial quote we were impressed by his friendly manner and can-do attitude. He embraced what turned out to be a two and a half week project in freezing conditions in a garden based on clay and flint with a smile and uplifting spirit. The smile never dropped.

Our garden is transformed. It’s vastly different from its scruffy beginnings to a space that is purposeful, smart and so much bigger with unused areas modified to join in creating a large, free flowing patio. We have a lovely raised lawn and three long borders we’ve since enjoyed planting in.

Roddelle has since been back to check if we are happy with the garden project in all areas. We are! We will certainly continue to ask Roddelle for his expert support in maintaining our dream garden.

We would recommend REL to anyone, and indeed we have with friends also looking forward to the project he is about to begin for them.

Rodelle and his nephew did a wonderful job because of osteoarthritis in my knees I can’t do my garden how I loved to but REL came to the rescue and have got it back into good order and with a regular visit to ensure it stays that way!
