I had my 2nd visit to the Reiki Wellness Centre last night whilst attending the Chakra for beginners workshop. An informative, fun and interactive workshop! Brilliant worksheets which were simple to follow yet very in depth at the same time. Ann was a brilliant host, very warm and approachable. Lots of laughter and fun but also some deep healing work, very empowering! We also recieved a lovely little set of chakra crystals with info sheet. Refreshments to start which enabled everyone to get to know each other beforehand. I would thoroughly recommend this workshop and would definately attend others that are planned for the future. I also recieved a Reiki/Coaching session from Ann earlier this year when I was feeling a little out of sorts and very indecisive about a few aspects of my lifestyle. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable and the session was amazing! I love Ann's attitude to her job, she fills you with confidence and positivity. I gained a lot from my Reiki/Coaching experience and the support is there long after the session is over. Ann provides you with exercises to complete and affirmations to use for the future etc. An honest, humble, down to earth lady that is very caring and supportive. just had my first Reiki session with Ann and I can honestly say it was one of the most overwhelming experiences of my life. For anyone dealing with grief I cannot recommend here enough. I felt my dad with me all the way and the comfort he brought me was simply unexplainable. This was the first of what will be many sessions for me and I simply cannot tell you how it feels.
