What an amazing experience! Marc guided me through the setting up of the appointment and what the process of moss removal from the roof involved. Then the team came and did some magic to the roof! It now looks like a roof rather than a moss party! The after clean report was thorough and again Marc took me through what had been done, answering any questions, checking the team had cleaned up properly (they had) and clarifying the process.
