We & clients find the Refresh model of renovations to be effective, logical & client satisfaction to be high. Refresh have been there when needed, I believe the process & model of Refresh is the way of the future when it comes to renovations. We have got the franchise in September 2021 in Rotorua, Refresh has been supportive as a franchise system. They take feedbacks very seriously and have managed to give the desired training and support in the lockdown. Very fortunate to deal with such great Franchise as Refresh who keeps its business owners well being in consideration and provide guidance and supports and are flexible to work with. BUSINESS OWNER BEWARE! I don’t recommend Refresh. I have been in many difference franchise group and Refresh franchise was the worst franchise group to be part of base on our experience. We are so pleased that we are finally out of this group and in fact we are doing much better without them. My experience with the refresh franchise was horrendous and there are many issues i can't say it publicly. I welcome anyone to PM me to have a private discussion. I hired refresh to construct a one story extension and create a kitchen dinner and downstairs toilet. I wanted someone to project manage it all for and was really taken on the idea of a fixed maximum price. Sergio took me through the whole process from all the planning through to completion. I am really pleased with the result. It is a really high quality job and everything was finished off before project closure. Even though there were some complications along the way refresh honoured the fixed price. Highly recommend. More...
