Looking for trades people can be quiet stressfull, but what has set these lads apart from all the others was the fact that there was no hesitation on their part whatsoever from the first moment we got to talking. No "can't do", no cutting corners or making things easier for themselves. They listend to our ideas, made them reality and polished them to perfection.
Among other jobs, Craig turned our old dull, upstairs toilet room with a sink that run only cold water, into an amazing modern and inviting shower room by moving the back wall just a few centimeters further, giving the room a completely new definition and purpose.
What I appreciated the most was that he kept us informed off all that was going on and told us his plans for the next day - every day. He discussed all that was needed with us and explained all possibilities.
Despite all the hard work he has done he was incredibly patient answering all our questions and oh boy, there where many.

What I found incredibly helpfull from the team was when during our search for products to be fitted in, it suddenly all became too overwhelming, they took over and swiftly found the most suitable high standard products even above our expectations and all in keeping with our overall ideas.
During the whole process
we felt understood, respected and we are still in amazed by the results of their work.

I am not sure where to start, but I guess I need to start somewhere, which is quite difficult as these guys are real PROFESSIONALS. I had a chance to read negative and positive feedbacks from other customers. However, I FULLY disagree with the negative feedback, where the customer said "AVOID THEM" or unorganized, unskilled and etc. I am writing my own and only my own experience I had with RKB. Our house required an extensive and hard work to turn house from what it was to what it is now and therefore I would suggest them for 100%.
We had 4 rooms plastered by RKB as well as upstairs and downstairs hallway my house looked so bad with the ceiling ng patterns and uneven walls, but thankfully to TOM who they use my bedrooms and hallways turned to the house I like no more patterns on the ceiling and curved corners. Now I can enjoy my rooms I FEEL SO HAPPY NOW. I can't be more THANKFUL to reflective Bathroom and Kitchen for their hard work and creating our house to the house we love. I MUST deeply thank you to Dean, who designed our bathroom downstairs, Craig, Harry and Jack for turning my old house in the dream house. Their HIGH standard of communication turned my house turned all rooms including and my downstairs bathroom to LUXURY bathroom.
The reason I am writing this is as I had 7 quotes from different companies I told them my about my vision about the house and bathroom. I must admit they haven't been very keen to do it as they found stuff too complicated and I assumed that they wanted easy money, but these guys made my bathroom to my dream. I would like to deeply and hugely praise them for hard work, when this job was undertaken. Firstly, I would like to mention Tom, who was plastering our rooms and hallway and dining area and rooms looks very smooth and straight. Thank you Tom.
Secondly, I would like to hugely THANK you to Graig who has been working on our house every day Mon to Sun to meet my dream come through. His advice and hard work go hand to hand and this reassured me a few times that I shouldn't be worrying. I was telling myself to stop this guy knows what he is doing!!!
Thirdly, thanks to Hary who was helping Craig, Jack and Dean for good communication and design I have received from them and including good reassurance from Jack as I was worried in some of the stages when the job was undertaken. My worries were if they are going to meet deadlines as they uncover a lot unprofessional, bad work and they had to deal with it a correct it all. Just for example, they removed over 13m of copper pipes, removing soil pipe connectors and I can carry on.
Please accept my HUGE THANK YOU for your hard work. Furthermore, I would like to indeed to thank Rocky for his very hard work and including cleaning.
I must admit It was quite hard that our house we loved turned to the building site in the first month, but after that our house gained shaped the house.
To be honest, these guys are my first the contact. They are coming to convert my toilet in the shower room as well as my laminate floor.
Once again thank you for converting our main bathroom to the most LUXIOURS bathroom.
I am happy to send pictures to anyone who will request a picture please contact me. I gave my honest opinion based on my own experience.
I found those guys well advanced from others. They were including me in decision making and clarifying with me if I was satisfied what they have done.
These guys didn't have a problem with anything I did ask them to do.

They done a wonderful job on my bathroom & cloakroom, the guys we're extremely polite and tidy, we're both over the moon & look forward to our kitchen being done in the new year.

Excellent Quote very nice chaps put in the 2 air conditioning units and also got the outside ready for the large unit which hopefully will be here later this week had ver different quotes but these were the best by far and gave us confidence in them
