I just want to thank everyone involved in our move from Hartlepool to Manchester three weeks ago. I am certain this firm is unbeatable. I know I couldn't have coped with the problems we had if we had used a less caring company. To put it in a nutshell, half way there we thought we weren't going to be able to move in, then having found a way round that problem, we discovered that the route to move things into the apartment was horrendous. I phoned the office and the 'boss' (and father of one of the two removers) was really kind and said they would stay til they finished. So we got in a stack of sandwiches and bottles of water and on they worked til after 10 pm. A fourteen hour day without a moan or a grumble. In fact they were still laughing at the end!! They were really careful with everything and insistent upon putting everything exactly where we wanted it. Nicky and Steve in the office were very kind as well as efficient and the two young men who moved us were very understanding and were polite and friendly all the way through. They were determined to do a good job despite the problems. We felt guilty but they kept reassuring us they were fine and joking which put us as ease. I cant speak highly enough of everyone involved and we are very grateful to them all. This will be our last move (!!) but I will certainly recommend this firm to anyone. More...

Great company from start to finish. I contacted Nicky in the office and she was really helpful, then on my moving day the removal lads Jamie, Stuart and Guy really looked after me and all my furniture, they worked none stop form start to finish all with a smile on there face.

I can highly recommend this company based on our experience. Our booker, Nicky, was very thorough and quoted a very good price for a complicated move. Jamie and Stu (our movers) arrived on time, were very professional, and went out of their way to make the move of our elderly parents a smooth and stress-free transition. I contacted the office and spoke to nick Nicky in the office and she was really friendly and helpful, then on my moving day the removal lads Jamie, Stuart and Guy really looked after me and all my furniture, they worked none stop from start to finish all with a smile on their face.

The job was booked at very short notice and Nicky was able to meet out requirements exactly at the booking stage. Jamie and Stewart who handled the actual move were totally accommodating, helpful, polite and personable and are a credit to Reds Removals. I just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU!!!!!As ever, your guys were absolutely brilliant (I totally forgot to empty a few cupboards so they took all my crystal glasses out for me) and I forgot that you wrap everything as well which is great. I was moving from stockton on tees to Glasgow and from the start I found Reds Removals to be very helpful ,honest and came on time on day of removal. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond anyone's control our sale in Scotland was delayed and had to relocate to storage unit. When the removals arrived at the storage they where very friendly and only problem I had with the removal men was that we borrowed wardrobe boxes off them only for the removal men to empty them at the storage depot and leave clothes lying.Other than that I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving. Never have i come across a company that go out of their way to help where possible. I recently completed two moves, one in Middlesbrough and one in York and i asked Reds Removals to help with both. They were nothing less than excellent. They helped me organise my furniture within the house and even took extra (fairly large) items that i hadnt put on the removals list. They really did do everything they possibly could. We also had a few issues taking things off the wall in our property in Middlesbrough and they helped us to remove these without us even having to ask them. The guys are very friendly and really do go out of their way to help in any way they can.I would only use Reds Removals for any future moves that i may need and would urge everyone who needs a removal company to use Reds Removals.A Massive thankyou to all at Reds More...
