Chris Hadrill, the Employment and Litigation partner, at Redman in Richmond is A+. For context, I was made redundant,by a very large, well known and aggressive, New York based bulge bracket investment bank, and had to hammer out a settlement agreement. I went to Chris, given his stellar reputation in these matters, and as he is "independent" in the proper sense of the word, as against the list of solicitors, one is handed by the bank itself, as they encourage you to use them. I found Redmans after searching through a handful of solicitors online. After speaking to Chris @ Redmans briefly, he gave me some very thorough and helpful advice following an issue at work.
