We are a local Will Writing & Estate Planning firm based in Tamworth. We have been established for 17 years. We offer either a home visit or if preferred an on-line form.

We offer the following service -

Will Writing & Estate Planning.
If you are prepared to donate £50 to one of the charities we currently support then you will qualify for a FREE Will. In addition to the FREE Will we will Severe any Tenancies (thus protecting properties from Care Home Fees), place any existing Life Assurance policies in Trust, advise on any potential Inheritance Tax liability and our Compliance Team will sense check the Will. This ensures that it will hold up in the future if there were to be anyone that may contest your Will.
