If you have a personal, emotional or habitual problem that’s preventing you from performing at your best, Redefining You can help. After experiencing first hand how hypnotherapy helped with an issue I had had since childhood, I decided to train as a hypnotherapist and set up Redefining You.

I have always found helping people whether it be; family members, friends or virtual strangers fulfilling and helping clients through hypnotherapy provides me with the same fulfillment.

I use various hypnotherapy and counselling techniques to help clients access their inner reources to help resolve their current situation and to redefine themselves.
