Just as a follow up to my previous review. Contrary to the comment left by the company.
1) No extra work was done.
2) They have not been back and the problems with our garden have not been resolved.
3) We have repeatedly tried to contact the company and continue to be ignored.

Soo disappointed in the garden makeover which was done by this company. It is now 2 months since the work on our back garden was due to have been completed. But we are still waiting for the work to be finished/fixed. We were told on the 13th of May that the work to our back garden was finished, and payment was very quickly demanded. However, there were a number of issues with the work, most significantly with the new patio which had been installed. Such as paving stones which move when walked on, lack of grouting in between many of the paving stones, no step coming from the house onto the patio and most worrying there are drainage issues which leads to standing water in one corner of the patio every time it rains. We asked the company to return and fix these issues. The men were at the house for just over an hour and apparently the drainage problem had been resolved and we were assured that the step which we had been quoted for was now built. Again payment was demanded. I was very surprised to find that the drainage issue was actually worse. Also, the step which was installed is nothing more than a trip hazard. We had asked for a step across the width of double French doors. I was shocked to find that a single step had been built in the middle of the double doors. Like most people we typically only use one of the doors, so we essentially only have half a step which is useable. Also, the paving stones which moved had not been relaid and the areas of missing grouting had not been filled in. We have tried to contact the company on a number of occasions regarding these issues, but so far all of my messages have gone unanswered. The work done by this company is substandard and the customer service is non-existent. To date we have paid over £4000 and unfortunately we will likely need to pay more for another company to fix this shoddy work. More...

Good at laying patios, poor at the landscaping aspect. Quick to demand payment but when I had a complaint about the work done took 3 emails before I got a reply. , and was then told it would be 6 weeks before someone could come and look. Not good customer service. Wouldnt recommend. More...

This company came and done us some decking on the rear of the house and a driveway in the front with some landscaping, from the quote until the end of the job they were perfect, joe was so professional and talked us through the whole process. The lads were very friendly And worked very hard.
