We agreed works to be carried out twice monthly, unfortunately Red Oak only came out once? We called and e mailed on numerous occassions to find out when they would be coming again, but never had a response. This left us in a very difficult position as we had told our gardener that we would be using someone else. They have not had the decency to let us know why they did not want to come again. Very unreliable and would not recommend. I would not even give the a 1 star More...
