I was working for RCCS for 2 years after it was taken over at the place I work, in my opinion the whole time it was horrendous.
The stock issues I had was awful. This is probably more to do with my actual managers, but everytime I placed an order, there was not enough stock to last me a week. (1 pack of toilet roll per week) I was constantly on the ball for stock and when I didn't have it because there wasn't enough of it I had to go to another building for RCC stock (which I was told to do by the manager) only to get into trouble for taking another cleaners stock. My hoover before RCC took over was broken so it was replaced by my manager, her own spare hetty. Which was not great at picking up from the carpets I had to hoover. And the pipe would constantly keep separating during hooving. I was accused by my manager that I was taking stock out of the actual building toilets where I had to get the spare stock from. To be accused directly I was very angry. And no evidence to go by, just an accusation for them to think well it's probably the visitors. I also had to provide out of my own money extra toilet rolls to keep up, but never asked for the money back from RCC.
I was fired based of 1 person keep complaining in which she never wrote directly in the communication book to address the issues with me. All other staff had good things to say and had no problem. I'm more than happy with the cleaning services I provided while working with RCC, I always went above and beyond cleaning fridges and microwaves etc when that wasnt part of my job. In my opinion I had 3 buildings to clean, numerous offices, male and female toilets and a disabled, 2 kitchenettes, all hallways was always swept and mopped, desk cleaned, bins emptied, air fresheners sprayed round and I didn't have enough time in the time I was given to do it so 9/10 i always did overtime without saying so. I strongly belive it was unfair dissmisal, no training was provided at all during the time I was there. I'm extremely angry with my managers at the RCC.

What do you love most about your job?
We have a very good working relationship with our clients. Due to our regular visits to complete audits, this maintains consistently good standards. Our work force is stable as we pay well over the National Minimum Wage, which prevents the usual high churn of staff.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Good question! Starting from specialising in cleaning carpets and soft furnishings, we listened to clients needs and diversified into commercial and office cleaning, together with window cleaning and suppling cleaning products and equipment. I now have a brilliant, proactive, engaged team who I can trust to help develop the business to thrive and grow. Our infrastructure includes;

We can provide labour to work remotely should your business require our cleaning service. We can also deliver janitorial supplies directly to your business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Throughout the last two years, we have been involved in providing additional cleaning, and being flexible with our service delivery. We have also sourced great products that kill viruses more quickly than ever before. Flexibility during these times has been key to providing the continuity our clients need.
Office cleaning
Office cleaning is our service delivery specialism. All our Cleaning Operatives are trained in customer service and fundamental cleaning methods. Your Area Supervisor would visit your site on a four weekly basis, minimum to complete spot checks, and a written report on our standards. This is the reason why our standards remain consistently high, and we enjoy a close working relationship with our clients. You.
Window cleaning
Our window cleaning service can include any glass or windows our clients wish to consider including in the Service Level Agreement. This includes both internal and external high to reach areas.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning
With our powerful water extraction machines, we can deliver exceptional results, dry in quick time. This can include any pile type of carpet including tiles. We are experienced in delivering the most suitable method of cleaning for;
