I’m an experienced Holistic Coach supporting clients in the U. K. and Internationally using a combination of techniques to nourish and align the mind, body and soul. My mission is to assist in the release of past trauma, current symptoms and future fears so people can enhance their wellness and live a great life filled with vitality and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve helped several clients come to terms with past issues that were holding them back from great opportunities. I help people to overcome anxiety, stress, depression, get over negative habits, addictions and phobias as well as manage their symptoms so that they feel calm and in control.
On the physical health front, I specialise in working with people to lose weight and maintain their ideal weight through personalised diet plans, exploring any habits, triggers, cravings, emotions and self-sabotage that often prevents clients from achieving their goal. This is done by addressing any emotional eating issues and moving clients towards intuitive eating in a way that does wonders for their body and emotions.
My techniques are bespoke and always tailored to match the specific goals of individual clients. I use a fusion of nutritional therapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT), life coaching, hypnotherapy, meditation and colour coaching to create conscious change and flow. I always take a holistic approach that factors in all aspect of my clients’ health, current lifestyle and short as well as long-term goals. Throughout I provide ample encouragement so you’re always on track to achieve your aims within a safe and trustful environment. Between sessions, I provide suggestions, resources, links to things that will support you.

Rebecca was proactive in contacting me and discussing the process of the hypnotherapy session. She emailed additional information and a very detailed assessment from to complete which provided reassurance of her professionalism.
At the start of the session we talked over items I had noted on the form and she highlighted what she felt to be the best approach to the appointment. I found her to be very sensitive and kind in her approach. The hypnotherapy itself was very relaxing and afterwards we were able to reflect on the session. Rebecca was also able to carry out some colour therapy work for me and give me some techniques to take away. I was happy to book another session as felt a good connection with her, even working through Zoom. Since the appointment I have reflected further on the session and applied the advised techniques with good effect.
