Our chef was Marcus , he was ace , he drove all the way from kendal to meet with us and discuss our daughters 21st ,on the day Marcus came with a girl called Yvonne who was lovely too, the food was incedible too, They both left at 1am and the kitchen was immaculate and not like he had cooked for 32 guests
What’s your signature dish?
We have over 20 chef at realfood chefs so picking one is very difficult , But firing through my recipes , it has to be Lebaneese Chicken
Its so easy and not what you might expect ,
Chop a breast of Breast of chicken into 8 and put in a bowl
-Add the juice of half a lemon
-Take 1 clove of crushed garlic
-Add some salt-Drum roll ---------------------------Now add two dessertspoons of Mayonnaise
Leave to Marinaide for 2 Hours
Now place on a baking tray and grill or griddle until golden brown
Serve with a crunchy green salad
Seasoned new potatoes or Boiled rice with pea and Mint

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first need to learn about you ,
who are you , and what do you like to eat ,
We then learn all about the event , i.e wedding, birthday, etc
Your guests -What are they like
Budget - £1 per head for a thousand guests or £300 perhead for a dinner for 2 all depending on preference

What do you love most about your job?
Find a job you love and you will never work another day in your life, When you meet me or any of the real food chefs you will very quickly realise we do this job because we love cooking , Being a celeb chef has been offered on many occasions but i like to cook real food , Not Nancy pancy stuff .
What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2002 i hung my chef whites up and worked in the city for a while to make some money but i hated it , i had kind of distanced my self from my catering contacts and think i even may have burned a few bridges , No one wanted to employ me (that was my inspiration)
It was a real "i will show them sort of situation)
