What do you love most about your job?
The trust we get from our clients to look after their properties, and we do it with love and care as if it was ours.
The creativity to take over a property that is not ready to be rented it out and the owner gives us the keys, his directions and then the satisfaction we get when the project is ready and we hand over the keys to the new tenant (or new owner).
What inspired you to start your own business?
The market lacks the something different we can offer. The market lacks the customer oriented service we want to provide. We are unique and proud for our services.

We provide the flexibility to our clients for them to choose the way they prefer a meeting will take place. The current circumstances do not allow some people to travel, so we are happy to proceed based on their needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Based on everyone's needs, we initially have a zoom meeting, we can safely collect from a safe place the keys to a property so we can view it ourselves and without the owner having to take any risks to be present. We make a video of the property so to be able to use instead of a viewing for the potential tenants. We use PPE when a personal meeting has been arranged.

EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
Should you require an EICR we can offer this at no additional cost to you, if you use our services to prepare your property for renting. We can carry this out during any refurbishment, repair or touch up works and along side any other servicing, such as gas or EPC certification.
Electrical Installations
Consumer unit replacement, Sockets, light switches, lighting, upgrades, repairs, fault finding, garden power, LED lighting, inspection & testing.
Electrical Condition Survey
With a rental property you want to ensure all electrical accessories are safe. We can check all your electrical accessories, sockets, lighting, switches, outside power and earth bonding to ensure there are no faults, broken accessories, any metal fittings are earthed, no loose connections or faulty cables.
Plumbing
Bathroom replacement, kitchen fitting, taps, showers, insurance works, repairs, and installations.
Gas
We work closely with our contractors at Platinum Heating, Essex to bring you gas safety inspections, servicing, repairs, and installations.
EPC (Energy performance certificate)
Should you require an EPC, we can organise this from £75 with a floor plan if required.
Fire alarms
It is a legal requirement to have fire alarms installed in your property, we can install mains powered, smoke, heat and C02 detectors, wired into your consumer unit.
Planned Maintenance
We like to work with prospective and established landlords in keeping property in tip top condition, our maintenance programmes can ensure this happens, each PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedule is bespoke, based on the requirements from the landlord. Our electrical, fire alarm and CO2 monitor health check are inclusive of all maintenance PPM schedules at no additional charge.
