What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and being able to help provides me with a great sense of satisfaction. Assisting someone in resolving emotional discomfort and supporting them toward mental wellbeing gives me joy and happiness, knowing that I have made a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the voluntary sector, I was often humbled by those who showed strength and commitment in the face of adversity. Recognising the debilitating affect of mental illness and how it affects peoples lives on a day to day basis has given me the understanding of how hard it can be in taking the first steps to seek help. This prompted me in making it as easy as possible for people to be to reach out for therapy, as I believe we should all have the opportunity to improve our mental health.

I have worked with clients who have experienced issues such as low self esteem, anxiety, stress, depression and bereavement.
