Yes.. nearly all of our services can be via email or phone call, within reason. We do need to measure and inspect the property !
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We initially altered our visit protocol, to be external only (May 2020). Occasionally, I wear a Covid-19 mask, to keep vulnerable people protected in particular. It is important to wait until everyone is well, before performing a measured survey. Thanks for reading !
Feasibility
We will often perform a feasibility check over the phone, with further inspection on site during the initial visit to establish the planning parameters and practicalities of the project.
Measured Survey
"It does exactly what it says on the tin". The provision of a survey on site to establish the detailed plans, sections and elevations of the existing property.
Design
Provision of sketches and a scheme for the client to consider. The final scheme will be worked on to prepare the drawings for planning submission.

Planning
Preparation of the final scheme for planning submission. Talking to the planners and making changes where necessary, to ensure the project gets permission.
Building Regulation Drawings
Drawings which are technical based with sufficient information to pass building control / local authority approval. These plans are checked for structural integrity, control of fire, sanitary requirements...etc...etc.
Tender Package
The company provides a tender list of documentation and further drawings, schedules and details for accurate pricing via a set of builders. Often referred to as "going out to Tender".
Detailed Specification
Generally for larger projects, for example: two storey extensions, remodelling of a house with extensive re-decoration, or finishes changes, as well as refurbishments or where smaller projects require kitchens and bathrooms to be completely changed / overhauled and upgraded.
Overseeing the Build
We are always delighted when our clients ask us to oversee the build and we can provide a formal arrangement with the contractor via a contract.
Practical Completion and Snagging
Our services include signing off the build post building control final inspection. We also snag buildings usually 6 months later to ensure the build lives up to expectations.
