What do you love most about your job?
That I can provide a professional security service ensuring the clients safety that they are happy and well looked after. Also being able to solve security issues and problems that arise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have personally been in the security sector for over 20 years and have held positions at many different levels hence the reason I decided to establish Raycore Security Limited. Being an ex police officer security has always interested me and motivated me to build my own business.

RETAIL SECURITY
Ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
Provide customer service when necessary.
Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are followed.
Store security and loss prevention officers working covertly to avoid loss by theft.
Keeping an eye on stocks, staff, and customers.
Responding to alarms and investigating and assessing the situation.
Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to the legal protocol before the arrival of authorities.
Checking bags of employees and customers when required.
DOOR SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the safety and security of customers and staff in venues such as pubs, bars, nightclubs and other licensed premises or at public events.
Making sure customers are not carrying anything harmful, like weapons or drugs.
Checking ID if need be.
Patrolling while observing customers conduct & resolving any conflicts.
Using reasonable force to escort customers from the premises if needed.
Taking care of emergency situations, fire safety, first aid.
Recording details of any incidents taken place.
MAN GUARDING SECURITY
Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure doors, windows, and gates are secured.
Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees and visitors to guard against theft.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised personnel.
Circulate to preserve order and protect property.
LICENSED BODYGUARD
Protecting clients from unwanted attention or physical harm.
Keeping high profile clients safe at all times.
Checking out premises, such as hotels, restaurants and theatres, before the client arrives.
Surveying the layout of venues, noting potential hazards and exposure to risks.
Accompanying the client on business and social trips.
Driving the client to and from venues if required.
RESIDENTIAL SECURITY GUARD
Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
Providing 24 hours protection.
Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing, and vandalism.
Assisting the client upon request.
Monitoring CCTV cameras.
Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
EVENTS SECURITY
Guard the entrances to your given event.
Mobile patrols monitor to ensure rules are followed and everyone is acting safely.
Security guards to carry out crowd control, ticket management.
Escort VIPs to and from the venue.
Helping lost people find their friends or loved ones.
In the event of a disturbance that requires evacuation, event security guards maintain order to help attendees evacuate quickly and safely.
If fights break out during the event or an attendee tries to reach a VIP, event security guards are responsible for suppressing the disturbance.
Events where alcohol is served can often get rowdy, event security guards may need to escort attendees out of the venue and prevent them from reentering.
They may also need to escort attendees who are experiencing health problems into a clear and safe area.
