What makes a great website?
A great website should be clean, eye-catching and most important of all, easily navigable.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
If you were to put yourself in your customer/visitor's shoes, what would be the first thing you would hope to action?

Getting to know my clients' creative sides - every project is a learning curve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been freelance for 16 years and have also worked with small agencies and large agencies (2000 clients+). Just before the 2020-2021 pandemic, I started my own business. I was inspired by clients who had been with me for years who ran their own businesses so well and encouraged me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a fast worker, but with sharp attention to detail. I also provide ongoing customer support.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide all services online/remotely, although if in the local area it can also be good to meet in person. For remote calling I use phone, Zoom and can also provide remote technical support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am always available to book a Zoom session or to take a call. I miss Web Co. customers and the great coffees, but as we're pulling out of Covid-19, there will be opportunities to meet in person more.
