The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I paid a deposit and a date for installation was arranged in February 2024.
No one turned up and Nicole the manager advised me when l rang to find out where they were that a previous job had overrun. They hadn’t bothered telling me that.
Another date was arranged, 11th March 2024. No one arrived and when l finally got to talk to Nicole, this time the job had not been put in the diary!!!!
I had previously contacted them on Thursday 7th March to try and confirm they were still coming. The salesman said he would let me know if there was going to be a problem. I never heard back from him so assumed they were coming.
I have now asked for a refund but Nicole has said she needs to speak to the management and now doesn’t return my calls

As you are aware, your installation was delayed due to our engineer being taken into hospital with sepsis and despite him wanting to return to work, he just wasn’t well enough. Arranged for new guttering and a plastic down pipe at my 88 year olds mum house, the date of the fitting which was arranged with the salesman led to them breaking the appointment due to the dozy salesman not booking it with the office wasting my and mums day.
When the rearranged date came the fitters were good but we didn’t get the guard which we thought we had paid for but the downpipe was a metal one instead of plastic. Emailed Graeme on four separate occasions for the lifetime guarantee, eventually 12 weeks after completion of job and payment of gutters l had a card of Royal Mail saying no valid stamp was on a letter so l had to pay myself for the postage as Graeme had used an old stamp which was not valid.
Graeme had offered to put a guard free of charge but we politely declined as my mum doesn’t want them at her house again. Based on these experiences of this transaction l would never use or recommend this company to anyone very disappointing experience should be ashamed treating an 88 year old woman like this.

Hi Tony Thank you for your review and we are delighted you and your mum are happy with your installation. Aluminium downpipes are much higher in price than upvc but we’ll be happy to exchange these. We emailed you a guarantee immediately but apologise for the delay with the hard copy but as you are aware our printer had suffered a stroke and all our printing was delayed. Regarding the stamp, this was an admin error and hadn’t realised that 1st class stamp used had gone out of date. Apart from these initial setbacks the job went well and you expressed your satisfaction as per your written comments on the engineers completion sheet.

Rep came out measured up but didn’t allow for roof capping so incomplete work. One of my gutters has started sagging . Contacted Graeme at raptor who never answers my calls. He just leaves messages saying busy will call back. Customer service is poor at best. Very disappointed overall and I know my gutters will not be repairable if someone doesn’t come soon. More...

I had new aluminium gutters installed also new downpipes. It was all done in a morning with no mess left and they took away all the rubbish. Now with the aluminium gutters being in one piece there is no chance of leaking gutters anymore. They look great and I would recommend Raptor as a 5 star company. More...
