What do you love most about your job?
Inspiring and supporting people to feel more confident, become more powerful and achieve their objectives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to coach people 1 to 1 in order to have the opportunity to work with individuals over a longer period of time, to see and support their development - rather than one-off training programmes. The training and development company I worked for (a fantastic company, Mercuri International) did not offer that service.

People choose me because I am great at helping people in many different industries and at all levels achieve their coaching goals and more. They gain insights and increase their personal awareness, confidence and know-how, they gain the tools they need to increase their personal impact and presence and continue to develop as individuals and in their careers which also extends to other parts of their lives.
