What do you love most about your job?
I take pride in helping people get their affairs in order in a timely and affordable manner compared to many mainstream providers that charge considerably more and take longer handling the same services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked at a high level in the legal industry for many years but don’t agree with the time taken to deal with many cases and the fees involved with traditional firms.
Why should our clients choose you?
They will have their needs met by a friendly caring professional, and have things explained very clearly and have the opportunity to ask any questions they wish before proceeding with any service, or during any service. All fees are fixed at the outset so there are no unexpected fees, and all work is turned around and completed very quickly depending on each clients needs (ie. same day wills for those who are unwell and need something in palce, to those just in need of getting their affairs in order).
We do not charge any fees until all work has been completed and the Client is completely happy with the services provided.

We can offer consultation remotely, such as Inheritance Tax advice,
Probate advice, but for Wills and LPAs we must meet face to face as there is a signing process we need to be involved in the completion of to ensure all documents are executed correctly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I take daily lateral flow tests, wear masks to all appointments and sanitising before and after. I have also been double jabbed and due to have the booster before Christmas.
Wills
We offer a professional and quick Will drafting service at your home. We visit you to discuss your situation, prepare your Will and return to arrange for it to be signed with the whole process completed within 1-7 days depending on requirements.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
We can prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney for you (LPAs) through a simple visit to your home to discuss your circumstances and requirements, followed by a second visit to go through the signing process with you.
All services highly professional, completed within 1-7 days depending on your needs (although please note the registration process currently takes around 20 weeks to complete)
Inheritance Tax
Do you want to know more about inheritance tax, things you can potentially do to rescue it so as to maximise your estate for your children or loved ones. We can offer meetings face to face, over the phone or via video call to discuss your situation and advise and answer any questions about any area of Inheritance Tax.
Probate
Have you recently lost a loved one and need help navigating the process of submitting the inheritance Tax return (IHT205/IHT400) toHMRC and making your application to obtain the Grant of Probate. We can advise and assist with all aspects.
Care Fee Planning
If you are concerned about losing your house or estate to potential future care fees we can discuss options to help protect those assets for your children to maximise your estate for their benefit in the future.
