Rapid roofing

Lady on my Street recommended Rapid Roofing, she told me they were quick, good, honest and reasonably priced. I had a vast amount of water coming into my lounge through the window, likely coming from the roof and down through the cavity wall. A friend told me it would be extremely hard to find out where the leak was exactly coming from. I gave Rapid Roofers a ring and they said they would be with me within the hour, which they were.Michael is a very likeable guy, clearly very experience and he and his team actually found the problem to be from split sealant from the upstairs window. They dealt with this and also repaired a small hole in the roof and replaced a cracked tile. He said not to pay him then as he wanted to be sure that what he had done had worked and to leave it a month until more rain had fallen. I had rapid Roofing came out after six different roofers saying different things except these guys! I had a insurance surveyor to tell me what was needed and they got the job! Michael just completed a full re-roof of a rental property we have. I had a few quotes but Michaels was the best in that he explained in great detail what he was going to do and exactly what materials he was going to use, which were all top quality stuff. Proper tantalised battens and a very high quality felt. He did a fantastic neat job and was always there when he said he would be. He re pointed the chimney and did the lead work and even fixed back some of the guttering which wasn't something that was on his quote.
All in all a brilliant service from a company who quite cares and takes great pride in their work, I was kept up to date with photos of the jobs progress and down the side was cleaned up after they finished very well.

Michael and the lads have done brilliant work in replacing our roof. Michael provided a quote quickly, was reasonably priced and explained everything clearly. Once work was started it was clear how hard working the lads were, working from dawn till dusk and through the weekend. They were very polite and considerate when needing to enter the house. Michael and his lads replaced my kitchen roof. Excellent and very speedy service! They also repaired my main roof which had clearly been patched up by absolute cowboys in the past! ! They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do, worked late to finish the job, cleaned up after themselves ( even cleaned my windows) and they made me laugh Haha!! After storm damage a few weeks back, Rapid roofing were the 3rd roofers I asked to look at my roof but the first to come and help. Michael came the next morning, gave me a reasonable quote and fixed my roof there and then. He even came early to beat the forecast snow and winds! He went above and beyond what he needed to do in fixing my roof. I am very happy with his work, and would definitely recommend him to friends! I am so happy with his work and his approach that I have asked him to quote on other roofing work for later in the year. I called Rapid Roofing yesterday afternoon regarding a leaking downspout & re-fixing the lead flashing, which had come off the porch roof. Michael arranged to call at 11am today& he & his team arrived promptly & carried out the necessary work efficiently. Water leaking into spare room from main roof! 'Phoned them on the Wednesday, left a message, they got back to us that evening and arranged for a visit on Friday. The weather was appalling on Friday so they 'phoned to apologise and said they'd get back to us as soon as possible, they called on Saturday and asked if it would be OK to turn up in the afternoon - 3 workers arrived, checked out the roof, sorted it without just shoving tonnes of sealant in! Called them for an emergency repair due to wildlife! They came in just over an hour and expertly and with good humour fixed the problem, what a lovely bunch of young men, got them to check the roof and guttering and repair if necessary, and how refreshing to hear that everything was fine and nothing extra needed to be done. I had my complete roof done.. They did a great job.. Plus a ten year warranty.. Had the guttering done to.. When i need them to check out the guttering for me. . After a disastrous roof job by a previous firm on both my property and my neighbours, Rapid Roofing came and sorted the whole roof out, not just mine but my neighbours too! Michael and his team have just completed our full re roof and taken our chimney down in 3 days, these lads are hard working, in all weathers. We got regular updates and photos of the work being carried out and full explanations of each stage of the process. They were very respectful and tidy, cleaning up after themselves after each day and even taking their shoes off when they needed to enter the house. They worked from the early hours, right through to late afternoon, always ensuring that they didn't leave until the roof was safe and protected. The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic, polite and well mannered, Michael and the team gained our trust and they didn't disappoint. The quote and price we paid was the cheapest we had received and it was worth every penny. The roof looks wonderful and we have already noticed the house is warmer with the more secure roof. Had a slate came off during the wind and snow.Tried some local workmen and response was was to say the least slow.Found Rapid Roofers number and they answered straight away and said they would come to look at it 2 days later. After a very wet and windy last few weeks. I came home 1 night to discover a leak in my attic. I called Rapid Roofing and they were able to pop round the very next morning. They quickly identified the problem (a couple of tiles had slipped) to which they showed pictures to back this up. They were able to fix the problem there and then. There has been no sign of any water since. I am very happy and would highly recommend them. As I have to family and friends. Without a doubt will be using them again. But, hopefully not in a hurry.
